Terms of Service — Dumpbox

These Terms of Service govern the use of dumpbox.ai (the "Service"), provided by Domenico Zitiello, trading as Dumpbox — sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak), Netherlands. By creating an account, uploading content, or otherwise using the Service (even without an account, e.g. via a contribution link/QR or an RSVP), you accept these Terms.

User: someone who creates a Dumpbox account.

Content: photos, videos, and other material uploaded to the Service, by a User or an anonymous contributor.

Gallery: a space (Dump, Event, or Collection) where Content is organized.

Anonymous contributor: someone who uploads Content via a contribution link or QR code without creating an account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are younger, do not create an account without the consent of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity through your account. Each account must correspond to a real person.

You retain full ownership of the Content you upload. By uploading it, you grant Dumpbox a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, limited to what is necessary to provide the Service: hosting, storing, reproducing, optimizing, and displaying Content to the people you grant access to.

This license does not include using your Content for advertising or promoting Dumpbox without your separate, explicit consent.

The license ends when you remove the Content or delete your account, subject to the technical time needed to complete deletion.

By uploading Content, you represent that you have the right to upload and share it; that, if it depicts other people, you have the right to share it with respect to them including — where required by law — their consent; that it does not infringe third-party rights; and that it is not illegal or prohibited under Section 7.

You are solely responsible for the Content you upload. Dumpbox does not pre-screen Content uploaded by Users.

Some Galleries published by Dumpbox itself (official accounts) contain AI-generated images, used as covers and as atmosphere images. They never depict identifiable real people and are never presented as photographs of an event that actually took place. This declaration is made at document level: today no label appears next to the individual image. No Content uploaded by Users or anonymous Contributors is generated or altered by us.

You may not use the Service to upload Content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or is hateful/harassing/threatening; to upload Content depicting people without the right to do so; to upload malware; to send spam or unauthorized commercial content; to access others' accounts without authorization; or to circumvent the Service's security measures. In case of a violation, we may remove the Content and/or suspend or delete the account.

Whoever generates a contribution link or QR code is responsible for sharing it only with people they trust, and is responsible, as the Gallery owner, for Content uploaded through it, including the right to remove it.

The FREE plan is available now, free of charge. The CREATOR plan is announced at €14.99 per month, VAT included; the BUSINESS plan is quoted on request. Neither is active yet: subscription is not currently possible and no amount is charged. The prices shown are those planned at activation and may change until then.

We may suspend or delete your account in case of a breach of these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from settings.

If you believe Content violates these Terms, your rights, or the rights of a depicted person, write to privacy@dumpbox.ai with a link to the Content and the reason.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dumpbox is not liable for Content uploaded by Users or anonymous Contributors, nor for indirect damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands; competent jurisdiction: the Netherlands. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, nothing in these Terms limits the rights you're entitled to by law in your country of residence, including the right to bring proceedings in the court of your residence.

We may update these Terms; in case of substantial changes we will notify you before they take effect.
