Delete your account and data — Dumpbox

Open Settings → Delete account, type your username to confirm and tap "Delete permanently".

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone: there is no grace period and no way to recover your content afterwards.

The boxes, events and galleries you own, with every photo and video inside them — including original copies and files uploaded by guests through a QR code or a contribution link.

Photos and videos you uploaded into other people's galleries, your comments, your votes, friendships and the notifications about you.

Contribution links and QR codes for your galleries stop working at the same moment.

Technical copies remain for the time strictly needed to complete the deletion, as described in our Privacy Notice. No visible content and no public profile is left behind.

If you lost access to your account, write to privacy@dumpbox.ai from the email address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account and data. We handle the request within 30 days, as required by the GDPR.

You don't need to delete your account: you can delete a single photo, a whole event or a box from the content page and keep your account active.
